The La Sierra University Women's Volleyball season has come to a close after a unique, 2020-2021 campaign, due to COVID restraints.

The Golden Eagles made the best of a difficult situation and rose to the occasion, finishing the season with a stronger bond and a 7-7 overall record, 6-4 in Conference, earning a trip to post season play.

The Golden Eagles traveled to UC Merced for the semifinals of the Cal Pac Conference Championships, but weren't able to walk away with the win, ending their season in four sets.

We would like to congratulate Synnovia Wold, for being voted by the California Pacific Conference as La Sierra University's, "2021 Champion of Character."

We would also like to congratulate Michele Mendizabal for earning, "All Cal Pac Conference Second Team" recognition and Tamia Cephus, Alexa Lister and Trinity Wyscarver for their Honorable Mentions.

It was a pleasure watching you all play. Thank you for your dedication and sacrifices to make this season happen!
