RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The Golden Eagles Men's Soccer team signed freshman Jose Gamboa to the 2022 season roster. The 6'0 ft. seventeen year old, Gamboa is working towards a major in Criminal Justice while practicing his athleticism.

At Coyote High School, student-athlete Jose Gamboa participated in the men's soccer team where he excelled, and became more than prepared for The Golden Eagles.

Born in 2004, Gamboa is the son of Ofelia Arteaga Bugarin and Ricardo Gamboa. From the family of five, Gamboa is the oldest child, followed by his two younger sisters 16 year old Lesly, and 12 year old Dulce Gamboa.

Coming straight from high school, student-athlete Jose Gamboa is eager to be apart of the La Sierra Golden Eagles.
