RIVERSIDE - Congratulations to our Softball Golden Eagle of the Week Hanna Dobbs. Hanna begins her second season as a Golden Eagle this year.

Dobbs was the starting pitcher in the Golden Eagles win against Whittier College in game two on Sunday. She pitched a total of 5 innings to hold the Poets for the win. Dobbs also had three plate appearances in the game. On top of pitching, she went 1 for 3 with a hit, an RBI, and a run scored for a batting average of .333.

Hanna appeared in one other game this season for the Golden Eagles where she pitched four innings and had one plate appearance against Hope International.

Last season, Dobbs played in 18 games with 17 pitching appearances and 8 pitching starts. She totaled 34 innings pitched with 13 strikeouts.
