HIGHSCHOOL
Julissa is a freshman middle blocker from Benjamin Franklin High School. In highschool not only did Julissa play volleyball but she also played basketball and track and field. She received the Principal Honors roll all 4 years as well as the Athena award.
PERSONAL
Julissa, originally from Los Angeles, California, has a deep admiration for the music of Elevation Worship, finding inspiration and comfort in their faith-centered lyrics and powerful performances. If given the chance to meet anyone, she would choose Jesus, reflecting her spirituality and connection to faith. Academically, she’s pursuing a major in Business, where she’s likely honing skills in management, finance, and entrepreneurship, potentially aiming to apply them in ways that align with her values and aspirations.
