Pasadena, Calif. - After a week away from action, the men's soccer team travelled to Providence Christian College where they handily defeated the Sea Beggars 6-2. The victory pushes the Golden Eagles record to 5-2-1 on the season.

Providence jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half, before the Golden Eagles stormed back with six unanswered goals over the remainder of the match.

While complete stats were not available for the posting of this release, we can report that Mingyu Wee and Brandon Chavez accounted for four of the Golden Eagles six goals.

(This post will be updated with complete information once made available).

After three straight road matches, the men's soccer team will return to their home pitch on Tuesday when they host #12 Marymount University, the defending Cal Pac champs. Tuesday's match looks to be an exciting match-up between two unbeaten teams in conference play as they both look for control of the Cal Pac South Division. The Golden Eagles are 4-0-1 through five Cal Pac matches and the Mariners are a perfect 4-0.
