RIVERSIDE - Caden Bennett celebrates his senior night after four years as a Golden Eagle. In his career, Caden has appeared in 53 games with 52 starts. He scored two goals and had one assist. His first career goal came back in his sophomore year in the win against Antelope Valley. His lone assist came his junior season against Benedictine University Mesa. This season, he has scored one goal in the 3-0 win against Cal Maritime. Captain Bennett's specialty comes from the defense. He has the ability to read the ball off his opponents feet, and has walked away with timely defensive saves. His defensive skills are representative of his 2022 and 2023 Defender of the Year awards.

Caden will graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. He hopes to one day be a project manager.

Bennett describes his experience at La Sierra; “I played soccer all four years and really enjoyed being a part of this athletic program.”

Caden will be remembered for his command of the back field and outstanding leadership.

Caden Bennett: Beating Merced in our season opener last year.

Q: How long have you been playing this sport and how did you get into playing this sport?

CB: I've been playing this sport since I was 6 and have never stopped.

Q: Who is your biggest influence?

CB: My biggest influence are for sure my parents. They showed me where hard work can get you.

Q: What is your perfect pre-game meal?

CB: Chicken and rice
