RIVERSIDE - Jasmine Gutierrez celebrates her senior year as an athlete and a graduate assistant. This last season, Jazzy put her skills and knowledge to use as a part of the coaching staff. She has been an integral part of the team's successes this season. Her first season as a Golden Eagle she pitched 33.2 innings for one win and 9 strikeouts. She also had 17 hits, 3 doubles, 1 triple, 8 runs, 5 RBIs, and 6 walks. At her previous college, she pitched for 74.2 innings for 9 wins and 38 strikeouts. She also had 2 saves. She had 48 hits, 17 doubles, 2 triples, 1 homerun, 35 RBIs, 3 walks, and 4 stolen bases. In her career she totals 107.4 innings for 10 wins, 47 strikeouts, and 2 saves. She has 65 hits, 20 doubles, 3 triples, 1 homerun, 40 RBIs, 9 walks, and 4 stolen bases.

Jasmine has attended La Sierra for three years, and is currently studying Criminal Justice. Her future plans include becoming a homicide detective or working for the DEA.
